History |
The dolphin is a concrete structure with steel and timber fendering and outfitted with two each 100-ton double mooring bitts. The concrete structure consists of 8-each 24-inch pre-tensioned octagon bearing/batter piles and a 3-foot thick reinforced concrete deck.
The dolphin was constructed by R.E. Staite Engineering, and designed and engineered by Triton Engineers, Inc. |
